Premiere Pro is a paid video editing program, but if you go straight to Adobe, you can get a one-week version that gives you full access to very powerful software. It includes all the latest features and updates, and you don't need to provide your credit card details in the first place.

It should be emphasized that downloading Adobe software in any other way is illegal and not a good idea. Not only is it piracy, but you are also exposed to potential viruses and malware.

To purchase Premiere Pro, you need to go to the Adobe site and choose one of the options offered.  Choose a single app plan that only offers Premiere Pro, or choose a plan that includes more creative apps from Adobe.

Currently, the cheapest way to buy Premiere Pro is a standalone app for $20.99 / £19.97 / €23.99 per month.  This amount is billed monthly for one year and includes access to the latest features and updates as soon as they are released.  It also includes 100 GB of cloud storage, Premiere Rush, Adobe Portfolio, Adobe Fonts, and Adobe Spark (where you can quickly create branded graphics, web pages, and videos).

Or you can prepay for the full price $240/£238/€287.  Or a monthly fee of $31.49 / £30.34 / €35.99 including detailed additions before.

Then there's the Creative Cloud All Apps option, giving you access to Adobe's entire collection of creative desktop and mobile apps, including Premiere Pro, all at $52.99/£49.94/€59.99/month.
